We process the contact, company and activity details, operating areas, project information, messages and any attached materials you submit. This includes the selected company and the source of a project request. The purposes are handling your enquiry, project searches, communication and preparing agreed services. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where processing concerns a contract with you or pre-contractual steps you request. For business contacts and organising enquiries we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the interest of handling specific business enquiries. Required form fields are marked. Without these details we may be unable to process your request.

For a commissioned publication we process the agreed company details, services, operating areas, texts, logos and project images. Approved content is publicly accessible on the website and may be indexed by search engines. Internal contacts and submitted supporting documents are not automatically published. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for business contacts. Where consent is required for people shown in images or further uses, this processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Material rights and permission for website or social media posts are agreed separately; simply sending a file does not grant unlimited permission to publish it.

We use providers of hosting, secure data and document management, and email communication to handle enquiries and operate the website. They may receive data needed for their respective tasks. Potentially suitable clients or contractors receive project details where necessary for the contact and discussion you request. Tax or legal advisers and authorities receive data only where required or legally mandated. BauBridge processes invoices for its own services but does not receive construction payments or operate project payment processing. You may request information about the recipients and safeguards used.

Website access may involve processing IP addresses, access times, visited pages, browser and device information in technical logs. This provides and protects the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Language, display and cookie preferences may be stored in your browser. Non-essential device access and resulting analytics or advertising require prior consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG; necessary storage is governed by Section 25(2) TDDDG. A cookie-banner selection does not give blanket permission for other processing.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against automated submissions. The EEA provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. IP addresses, browser and interaction data may be sent to Google; reCAPTCHA sets a cookie for risk analysis. The purpose is abuse prevention. The data protection basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the forms under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where its requirements are met. Where device access requires consent, that consent must be obtained separately. See the Google Privacy Policy for further details.

We retain invoice and contract records to meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Enquiries and registration details are kept while needed for ongoing processing, requested consideration for projects or agreed cooperation. Once the purpose ends, we delete or anonymise data unless retention duties or a legitimate need to resolve claims apply. Technical providers may process data outside the EEA, particularly in the United States. The requirements of Articles 44 onwards GDPR apply, such as a relevant adequacy decision or suitable safeguards with any necessary supplementary measures. You may request information about recipients, transfer bases and safeguards.

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability under Articles 15–20 GDPR. You may object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21). Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work or where the suspected infringement occurred (Article 77). Send requests to info@baubridge.com.
