Question 1

How do I find a company for my construction project?

Accepted Answer

Choose a trade and service area, then compare services, team details and project examples in the profiles. Filters use the recorded company details; suitability and availability are checked for your specific project.

Question 2

How do I request a particular partner?

Accepted Answer

Open the company’s profile and select “Request a project from this partner”. Describe the work, location, timeframe and scope. The request reaches BauBridge linked to your chosen company.

Question 3

What happens after I submit the request?

Accepted Answer

BauBridge reviews and organises your details and discusses the project with the chosen company. Open questions, capacity and required supporting documents are considered for the specific work. Your request alone does not place a construction order.

Question 4

What does BauBridge check about a partner?

Accepted Answer

Before publication, we review company details and agree the profile content. A document or qualification is only described as checked if it has actually been checked. Acceptance into the network is not a blanket guarantee of every listed service.

Question 5

Who signs the contract and is responsible for the work?

Accepted Answer

You and the contractor agree the contract directly. The company is responsible for the work it undertakes under that contract. BauBridge supports the introduction and is not the contractor carrying out the work.

Question 6

What if no suitable profile is shown?

Accepted Answer

You can submit a general project request on the “For clients” page. BauBridge reviews whether a suitable company can be found for your requirements. A successful introduction is not guaranteed.
